1. Register (for new user) and login for a Vacazzee account.

2. Click 'Car Rental'. Select the pick-up details and drop-off details you would like to book. The car with the price for the dates you have selected will be shown.

3. Click the car you interested. Review the information and description, including the location, date, time, and not forget to review the Terms and Conditions.

4. Then click 'Book Now' to go to the next step. If you have a promo code, enter it in the box provided.

5. Click 'Check Out' to proceed payment. Ipay88 is currently our designated online payment processor. Follow the steps provided on the web page to complete payment.

You will receive the voucher together with the receipt by email within 24 hours confirmation. We recommend you not to purchase any services same date with entrance/pick-up date.

After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the receipt and voucher attached.

If you have not received your confirmation email, check your the spam folder in your email just in case. Login your Vacazzee account via website, go to the 'My Booking' page and see if you can find your booking there. After login to your Vacazzee account, click on side navigation in the top left-hand corner, then select 'My Booking'. You can find your list of services booked at there.

Vacazzee only displays prices in MYR(Malaysian Ringgit) currency and you will be charged in MYR.

As Vacazzee is an online platform, unfortunately we do not accept cash payments. All bookings must be made over our website.

You can be safe in the knowledge that we're using third party secure payment gateways to process your payment. Your card details are tokenized and encrypted and stored securely with our payment gateways.

On our website, you can enter a promo code in the 'Promo Code' section on the cart page. The discount will be deducted from your order before the payment page, please check the correct discount has been applied before you confirm payment.
